Finally, I've realized the incredible inverse relationship between tv viewing and behavior. It's amazing. I can totally predict days that will be rough. Makes me want to work really hard to limit screen time at home. Without it I've noticed the kids becoming more creative, more flexible, and actually playing together! My exception is when we all sit down together to watch something like Psych or a movie.

Devil's Bridge, Psych, and no TV
Great hike this morning to Devil's Bridge. It wasn't without complaints but the kids both made it. Proud. Very cool natural formation. We watched the whole first season of Psych. Thanks for the recommendation, Evan!
